, an OSF Global brand, announced today that it has helped Predator Nutrition transform its business by unifying its multi-currency ecommerce website with its Customer Relationship Management system, with the help of the OSF UnifyCOMMERCE
(Patent Pending) product, a unique integration of Salesforce Sales, Service and Community Clouds with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
In addition, OSF Commerce announced it is the recipient of Salesforce’s Partner Innovation Award in the Retail category for implementing OSF UnifyCOMMERCE
. The Partner Innovation Awards ceremony takes place every year in San Francisco at Salesforce’s Dreamforce conference, where the awards are given to members of Salesforce’s partner community, acknowledging their contributions to the success of their customers.
Development of OSF UnifyCOMMERCE began in 2013, when OSF Commerce’s vision of an integration between both the Salesforce and former Demandware platforms was born. The product received its first certification from Demandware that same year, and from Salesforce in 2014. Since then, OSF continued enhancing the product by creating unique Salesforce Commerce Cloud Lightning Components, manageable from Community Builder in Salesforce Community. Apart from the 360˚ view of data, and the ability to place “Orders on Behalf” of customers, OSF UnifyCOMMERCE enables companies to provide registered customers with seamless navigation from Commerce Cloud websites to Salesforce Community, through Single Sign-On, a shopping cart that is always present wherever is the customer, and the ability to purchase directly from Community.
Also at Dreamforce, OSF UnifyCOMMERCE was acknowledged during the Commerce Cloud keynote by Salesforce for its in-context commerce feature, which allows customers to add recommended products to their shopping carts while browsing topics of interest directly in Salesforce Community.
