Establishing the Expansion Strategy with Sitecore and OSF: Europe & APAC

Botanicals Fresh Care is a L'Oréal Paris brand dedicated to crafting luxurious hair care products inspired by nature and infused with botanical ingredients.

L'Oréal Botanicals endeavored to fulfill an ambitious digital plan that included both the launch of their new premium hair care series, establishing their online presence in Europe, and penetrating new continents. The goal behind this new dedicated highly-experiential website was to invite customers to discover the amazing stories behind the crafting of these products - from ingredient selection to manufacturing methods. The wish to be immersive and creative was balanced with the need to offer a solid ecommerce shopping experience.

Total Immersion in the Botanicals Universe

OSF Commerce created a detailed plan for the development of an educational website that also provided ecommerce capabilities. Using Helix, the official guidelines and suggested practices for Sitecore, OSF Commerce leveraged Ecommerce Connector to integrate this website and was able to grant quick and easy access to local sites via the Sitecore Experience Editor.



OSF provided the L'Oréal Botanicals team with training sessions and online webinars to help them maintain their new website.
